After reading some of these reviews, I need to share some peace. Freedom House, at all of its locations, goes above and beyond to welcome and keep the new members. I'm reading a lot of negative assumptions about political affiliation or an 'unwelcoming' spirit. However, after having attended the church for several months I can assure you each of these negative reviews were only met with welcome and community within the church walls. I'd push back and argue that if YOU do not agree with the politics the church upholds that's fine but just maybe this isn't the place for you? There is nothing wrong with supporting strong conservative belief and ideology and any disparagement you may have might only stem from the fact that you are in a place not aligned with YOUR OWN values. Do not blame Freedom House.... as they welcome all. Freedom house is a fantastic place to learn and grow in your faith in Jesus Christ. It is a Bible believing, Jesus-first church that isn’t afraid to speak the difficult and sometimes challenging realities of being a Christian in today’s society. All the members are welcoming and kind, and the pastors are passionate believers. If you want to grow in your faith and pursue the calling Jesus has for your life, come to Freedom House. Jesus changed my life through this church!! I cannot say enough amazing things about the community at Freedom House! I have found amazing God girls to do life with that hold me accountable in my faith walk and encourage my relationship with Jesus. The pastors remember you, love you, come talk to you, pray over you, and give you the tools to know Jesus better and strengthen your faith. My relationship with Jesus has never been better! Freedom House is always giving to the local community and I have served a long side of so many wonderful people to see heaven come to Charlotte. I have joined an awesome lifegroup and have been able to do life with my group not just on Sunday but throughout the week! I've read my bible more, prayed more, and heard from God so much more by actively participating in all the Freedom House has to offer!! The is a bible preaching church that's looking to see you and the community transformed by Jesus! I love Freedom House! I've found my church home! My family and I love this church. The Freedom house pastors are amazing and so welcoming. You will feel loved the minute you walk in. They have something for every age. My 15 year old loves Vertical, my husband loves the Men’s groups. We highly recommend finding a great church like this to build your relationship with Jesus. Visited with my daughter because she's looking for a church more in her age group. We felt very comfortable and welcome. The Sunday we were there, they had a guest preacher from Australia. She was fantastic! The worship team and music were really uplifting. We enjoyed being there and are planning on returning to hear the regular preacher. It was very uplifting to see such a younger crowd freely worshipping. Lots of young people in their 20's and 30's with a mix of some older couples. An energetic feeling that is fantastic to see coming from the younger generation. Looking forward to our next visit.
