What visitors say
I have been attending Vizion for almost 4 years now. From my first time visiting, I knew this would be my church home. Pastor Tyson preaches the Word with a fire for the Truth and gospel!! He does not hold back from many topics that could cause controversy and handles it with love and compassion while still standing firm on his faith. The rest of the pastors are equally amazing. I love hearing teaching from each of them. My daughter also attends youth group here and I’ve seen changes in her own life that can only be attributed to Christ of course, but also through the leadership in her community. I could go on and on! Pastor Tyson regularly lies about science to bolster his theological points (e.g. radiometric dating) and relies on apologetics that are not rooted in reality (just dipping your toes in the scholarship will find the right answers). The venue is always busy and parking is extremely limited. Good for people who want to feel good about their faith and belong to a large assembly. I am only 14 but I went to this church for about 3 years with my family until I moved to California and I just want to say I want to move back to Charlotte just for this church. It truly is the best place to go if you want to see Jesus working and to be welcomed in as if you are family then go to this church. Also when I attend Vizion the welcome team made me feel so welcome! I love Vizion church! I remember driving one day and I saw a sign that said “come as you are” a year before i started going to vizion church. I felt him calling..this past year I moved in the area and found this church. I’m grateful I did. Everyone is welcoming. A church that teaches the gospel of Jesus Christ. A congregation that cares about people’s souls. A staff that welcomes you and encourages you to come back. Pastor(s) that are not afraid to tell you what you need to hear. Bravo Vizion church.
