I loved Christ Fellowship Leesville from the first few minutes of my very first visit. I felt genuinely welcomed from the beginning, and have heard others comment similarly. It’s easy to get to know people on Sunday morning, but my Life Group has helped me form even deeper relationships as we meet weekly for conversation, sermon discussion, and prayer. The teaching at Christ Fellowship is consistently biblical, clear, encouraging, convicting, and applicable, always pointing to Jesus and our need for the gospel. This is true for the children’s curriculum as well, as I have experienced when I have had the opportunity to work with one and two-year-olds. If you are looking for a healthy church in Raleigh, I highly recommend that you visit! I started coming to this church for the excellent expository preaching, but it is the community of people who have truly become my family that I am the most grateful for. These are not fair weather friends - these are people who will carry you through all the storms of life with practical help, genuine love, and biblical truth. I believe this church truly exemplifies what Jesus wants His people to be: one unified body and overflowing with His love and grace. Christ Fellowship Leesville is an amazing church that genuinely loves God and seeks to honor Christ through honest expository preaching and loving Fellowship. CFL has a heart for the community and is an excellent church full of people of all ages. Fellowship is not only in the name of church, but the people here make that word true! Not only that but the sermons are expository (book by book verse by verse) teaching of the Bible which is always so great for better biblical understanding and knowing God better. The worship is also such an awesome mix of old classics and contemporary songs! I visited a bunch of different churches in the area and they all were generally pretty good, solid teaching, encouraging etc. But when my wife and I came to Christ fellowship we were immediately welcomed like old friends and it has been extremely easy to get plugged in a begin building a community that I know will last for years to come!
