Love watching the service on YouTube all the way from Minnesota. I love how the pastors preach during the service, the emotion you can feel in their voices. The choir is fantastic. The church is great but please the Spanish church is not. It really requires a different leader and not reflective of the English pastor. Really disheartening that power and greed have overridden the message of Gods love. Be careful! Friendly friendly friendly peeps. That's really the only thing you should expect from a church called Friendship Baptist. The music was classy and old fashioned, though their Christmas concert featured Dan Forrest's arrangements pretty heavily (I'm a fan so it was fine) and the tempo of the music Sunday morning was all the exact same basically. Unfortunately I didn't get to hear the head pastor preach they had a guest speaker in, but when I heard him speak you can't help but love his very radio-like voice. Again, I was blown away by the feeling of community at this church. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a young marrieds, newlywed, traditional, family friendly church. They even have a softball team! Friendship is not just a church, but a family in Christ! Everyone is welcoming, their focus on Bible centered teaching is outstanding. Nice, pretty, following covid-19 restrictions, good parking, friendly people. I really didn't have enough time to say anything about the sermon or ideology.
