Pastor John Campagna ran the church that he was the pastor campus in Randolph, N.J into the ground. The only reason he’s a campus pastor was nepotism. In the least, he’s completely incompetent and doesn’t have the spiritual fruits to be a pastor. At worst, he is spiritually abusive after publicly humiliating in the middle of the death of a family member and us ending our journey with infertility in involuntary childlessness. He made the Randolph Campus hostile to our struggles with infertility and alienated the poor committed volunteers to the point that they quit and went to other churches. He benefited from donations from the church members to help repair his home in Sparta , but didn’t create an atmosphere where the church carried the burdens of all members. Other church members recommend he go to Bible school or get some kind of training, but he’s afraid to go anywhere else where he needs to meet certain qualifications because he knows he won’t be able to meet them and only has his job because of nepotism. He also has this history of publicly declaring that he can’t reach out to women from the church because of notions of impropriety, but then privately spent a lot of time alone with other peoples wives at the church in Randolph. I went to this church some years back and all I can remember was.. it was so so cold and the atmosphere made me feel as if I wasn’t good enough to be there. They had a women’s prayer there and the girl who was there since she was young. Could tell she made sure her opinion was the only that mattered, but being black as well, you’re not the only one who has encouragements to say to God’s ppl. The light is this.. God. The light shines brighter when He sees His ppl come together as One. Not for tittles.. but give a chance to others who have gifts too. The day I walked through these doors is the day I realized I found my church home. 15 years later and my love for this house has only increased. My life has been changed due to the teaching and living out of the Word. This place is as real as it gets, meets you wherever your at, welcomes everyone, and is ever growing and reshaping themselves to be more aligned with God’s Word. If your looking for a place to call home. Come here! You’ll be forever changed. My family attended for 2 years. If your only need is entertainment, great, this is the place. But that's all there is. I believe Jesus has been removed because of the following: The campus pastor and the senior pastor had a disagreement and the campus pastor was let go of which I did not agree with. This was not all, my family needed a small financial assistance lesson for my 22 year old drug addicted son so we filled out a benevolence form. I received no response. I call and left messages to remind them a few times with no response. We would have understood and accepted a response of no but we got nothing. Ungodly and not biblical. Be careful putting your money into this place. I was going weekly, giving money to the Sunday services when one day I felt the need to speak to the senior Pastor about his opinion on a problem. He was gathered with his wife and staff and apparently does not like to mingle with his attendees much. He said, " instead of trying to "connect" with ME, you should speak to the other members and they might help you" I have never went back there since. He only wants your money.
