I’ve been attending this church for about three months now, and it has truly been life-changing. A friend from work invited me to a Friends Night service on a Saturday at 5 PM, and from that moment, I knew I had found something special. I’d been searching for a church home for a long time. I’m originally from California, where I attended La Patria Church in Rancho, and I loved it. After moving to Vegas three years ago, this is the first church I’ve consistently attended—and I am so grateful I did. This church brings so much peace, clarity, and love. The worship team is incredible—I’ve even added their songs to my Spotify because they bless me so much! Pastor Jabin is an amazing pastor who speaks with genuine love, care, and purpose. Through his messages, I’ve been able to understand and learn more about God and Jesus in a deeper way. I also want to thank the church for supporting families in need during the holidays and for taking such good care of your community. And Amen to NOT serving coffee—because we need both hands lifted high in worship! Parking and seating have never been an issue, and everyone is always so kind and helpful. I’m truly blessed to have found this beautiful church. I attended City Light Church for the first time today, and I just got back, and absolutely loved it. The service was powerful, and today’s message really resonated especially the focus on winning the battle within, “word wars,” choosing your source, and being transformed by renewing your mind. I appreciated the reminder that God’s will is revealed through a renewed mind and intentional choices to follow Him. The worship was meaningful, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the teaching and delivery by Pastor Jabin Chavez was both practical and deeply spiritual with amazing delivery. Huge thanks to my friend Carissa for inviting me, such a great experience, and I’m excited to come back! Our family have attended for 5 years now. How do we know the kids ministry is the best? Our kids have never been so excited to go to church. Pastor Jabin speaks truth, teaches the Bible, and remains relatable. Staff are all fantastic, volunteers are great. We love City Light! 6-20-26 4:13. M so very disappointed in this church! I've been praying for 5 years to get my husband to attend church with me not to just drop me off! Finally I heard such great things about this church. My husband was so sure if he wore shorts the church would not let him in. I told him God didn't care what you wear just come and hear His Word We felt so welcome with all the signs welcoming us and encouraging us to smile. I thought finally my husband would experience a true Christa church experience. When we went to go to the auditorium he was informed he could not enter with his coke. But they would give him a bottle of water! He uses his coke to help him not choke when he coughs. I could not believe they said he could not enter I had my container of water. Which they allowed me to take in. I just want to cry. I cannot believe they denied him entrance. We left of course I pray it won't take me another 50 years to go to church. You all need to read Jesus words. Love. Welcome. The sermons are filled with truth, wisdom, and real-life application that deeply speaks to your soul 💗 One of the highlights for me has been the amazing prayer team! 🔥 They are Spirit-led, compassionate, and truly stand in agreement with you in faith. I left feeling encouraged, refreshed, and more connected to the Lord than ever before.
