Came to watch Candlelight: 90s Unplugged. Stunning. Absolutely amazing cathedral and the performance was perfect. The acoustics of the building really showed. ...Unfortunately on June 11th, it was 93+ degrees outside and there was ABSOLUTELY no air conditioning or even fans. Right before the show started they closed the doors which is standard practice. Problem is a church full of people with those temperatures outside and no means to help offset the heat. I felt like I was going to pass out from heat exhaustion and there was a few patrons near mean saying the same. Thoroughly enjoyed the show. The musicians played beautifully, depicting the original song to the tee. The atmosphere, the church and the candles were an amazing set up. Performance set in the cathedral upon a sea of flicker candles was outstanding. The string quartet arrangements were excellent—upbeat, creative, refined, and true to the originals. Played everyone’s favorites with an excellent mix delivering each piece with precision and energy. The setting elevated the entire experience. An excellent event all around—highly recommended. The Fever Candlelight: Ed Sheeran & Coldplay experience exceeded my expectations. We chose it for one of our date nights, and it turned out to be truly exceptional. The beautiful atmosphere and music made the evening feel special, and it definitely raised the bar for our next date night. I would highly recommend attending a Candlelight concert featuring music you love. We are already looking forward to choosing our next one. We attended a Candlelight concert at The Cathedral of the Incarnation. It is a beautiful venue. Even zone C seating allowed for an enjoyable experience. The music was lovely. The quartet played a mixed selection of songs, some classical and some modern. Very enjoyable way to spend an evening. I wish the concert had been longer. It is only 1 hour.
