What visitors say

Wonderful welcoming church. They have a new minister that re-writes scripture. She changes the words of Jesus to suit her personal and political narrative. I grew up in this church. It is very disturbing to see the direction it has gone. 2 Corinthians 4:2 "Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God." I've been a member of this church for many years. I originally joined because of the dynamic ministers and the music program (I sang in the choir). The people here are so open and welcoming! It is an open and affirming congregation... everyone is welcome. If you're looking for a church home, come check it out! I have meetings I go to in their big room. It is a very nice place. The best Rev. Throckmorton is one in a million! Best sermons.
