A "church music" friend and I attended an absolutely wonderful organ concert earlier today [4-13-2019] at St. Andrew Christian Church. This one-hour-long concert had been performed by 20-year old organist Richard Gregory, who has been the organist of that church since age 17. My friend and I arrived at the church about twenty minutes early because our travel there from downtown Columbus had been far faster than expected. I had been somewhat confused when first entering the church's parking lot because the building -- a cluster of similar one-story gable-roofed buildings connected by hallways -- looks more like a condominium or a retirement community than it looks like a church. However, Google Maps had convinced both me and my "church music" friend that we had been in the correct parking lot so we decided to look for the main entrance. When we entered the front door of the building, I had been able to see the familiar "Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)" logo carved into the glass of that door and thereby confirmed that we were indeed in the correct location for what turned out to be an extremely-high-quality organ concert. Great church, very good people and they support the local neighborhood amazingly. A most wonderful friendly church family. Come join the community. A very open and friendly church. They include everyone and all are welcome to worship here. Great vision and desire for one united church
