From the first time we walked into New Life Chapel back in 2023 , we were treated like family and felt at home. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. You can feel the presence of the Holy Spirit throughout NLC. Pastor Lonnie is the real deal!! He preaches straight out of the Bible and holds nothing back. His messages are relatable to everyday life. His wisdom and faith that he shares every week with the church community is phenomenal. It’s nice to see a Pastor that loves Jesus, loves his family, loves the church, and hold the church community accountable to living the gospel out in their daily lives. That’s almost unheard of in this day and age. As a family, our relationship with God has grown and strengthened so much because of NLC. NLC also offers a great Student Life every Wednesday night. Pastor Sterling is leading the younger generation with the same fire his dad, Pastor Lonnie leads the church with. They are truly anointed by God! I hope you consider attending a service and checking out NLC for yourself. Services are Sundays at 8:30am, 10:15am, and 11:45am. I grew up in church. After leaving my childhood home I ventured out to MANY churches. New Life Chapel has been the best church that I have ever been a part of. The first Sunday that I attended, I was captured by the pastor, Lonnie. He is on fire for the Lord and he brings it to the pulpit. I have now been a part of NLC for three years now. I have grown so much in the Word of God. I am no longer skeptical with “church” because I found a church that is filled with real people who love Jesus and love people. The kids program is amazing! The youth is also on fire. I’ve never seen so many young people hungry for God in a church. I serve at NLC and I absolutely love it! The staff at NLC are genuine people and so loving. I absolutely LOVE this church! Ive been in church all my life. Ive worked in Christian radio for over 30 years. So I know a little about church culture. I have good relationships with leaders in the Tri-State area. Im so grateful I was introduced to NLC. The Word is rich. The worship is intentional & the people treat you like family. That's what church is all about. I❤️NLC I’ve been attending New Life Chapel for about 8 years, and it has truly become like home. I serve in the kids ministry on Sundays, and it’s been such a rewarding experience being part of a church that invests in the next generation. The pastor does a great job of clearly teaching the Bible in a way that’s both meaningful and applicable, and the worship is always amazing and engaging. I’m really grateful to be part of this community! Our family loves New Life Chapel! We have been attending for 4 years now and cannot say enough positive things about NLC. Since attending, our daughter has given her life to Christ, we have deepened relationships that have been pivotal in our life, and we have grown so much in our personal walks with the Lord. You will always be welcomed to NLC with a smile and open arms! There is a community there for everyone in all walks of life!
