I came to the chain breakers sunday school as a group an it was amazing I felt so welcomed an left spiritually lifted up in my spirit 🙌 we followed sunday school by attending the church service everyone who was new was invited to meet with the pastor Pastor Spoo was so kind an welcoming to us he spoke to each one of us individually, looking fw to engaging with this church more often. God id good 24/7 Been going to this church since I was a baby, love the people and staff. You should check out the youth, stuart will want to meet you. Their Caring Center volunteers are wonderful. Always clean respectful volunteers. They do great works at the Caring Center. So happy they have security now it is much needed as their are many homeless people always hanging around disrupting people & asking a lot of personal questions. Very helpful they help people with food and clothing as well as some utilities they also offer prayer for those in need seem to be genuinely caring very rare to find Not very impressed. I walked out of the sermon. I came to find God, and felt judgement. The staff and other members had an air of self-righteousness to them. It was off-putting, to say the least. Not sure who is funding the Pastor, but im questioning his practice. The moment the man started talking poorly on other religions, was the moment I said “I’m done here.” How can you discount Nordic traditions, when your practices literally stem from those same traditions? Lets not culturally appropriate now…Not quite sure what they’re truly doing with funding, seems a liiiitle sketchy from what I saw. These people live lavishly yet look down on anyone who isnt in their tax bracket. I felt like I was in a set of the Stepford wives. The cold energy I picked up on was unsettling. I am tatted and pierced and have colored hair so maybe thats the real problem. If Jesus came by to sit among them, I can almost guarantee he would not be going back to this establishment…
