I was loosely connected to this church several years ago and after a falling out, they utilized some of my trauma as inspiration for sermons which I found really hurtful and inconsiderate. I even tried to reach out to them for a better understanding and for guidance while I was struggling but they didn’t seem interested or maybe scared I presume. Brian is a great pastor but I fear he is not the best leader is terms of stewarding people through difficult times. It seems fear is more palpable in this church than love. Sad because it has so much potential. I was baptized here on Easter 2024! It is a very inclusive church (pastors, leaders and congregation) with modern worship and a wonderful food pantry (2:20 Center) on campus! I highly recommend giving this church a try! Service begins at 10:30 AM every Sunday. Love love love this church. Outstanding community of believers. Great leadership and elders. Come experience it for yourself. This place is the real deal folks! Very friendly caring people. They help people with food and other items. Every other Saturday between 9-11 am. Very welcoming. Diverse congregation. Great leadership. Great worship team.
