It was a beautiful Church cozy for a mid size community of worshippers. Their focus is on worship and outreach to the poor. I was blessed to be given a tour by the wife of the pastor Dr. Seema Freer and Mr. Ted. May the Church be blessed abundantly. Moving to Philadelphia for my new job, I have visited many churches in order to find my new home church where the Holy Sprit of the Lord is leading. I visited big churches with good reviews. However, it was very difficult to connect with leaders and congregations in those mega churches. One day, I was introduced to the Living World Community located on Cherry and 17th during their outdoor biweekly workshop. I immediately knew that the Holy Spirit presence, God announted leadership, and fully devoted christ followers in this church. I highly recommend to any Christ followers who are looking for church with genuine love for Christ, and the brothers and sisters in church ...and the city of Philadelphia. Since day one I felt so welcome, the community here is the best thing that could ever happened in my life. Just moved from a different country and now I feel that I really belong. Is definitely a Community church, folks are friendly like family and they are there to support one other. The Word of God is preach and the love of God flows through the people in the community. A very welcoming congregation that meets the needs of their local community in so many ways!
