Finding Avenue has changed my life and the life of my family. When I saw came, I felt lost and adrift, but after really discovering the beauty of a deeper connection to God and do in community has been life giving. Not only do I call Avenue home but it is full of people that have become family to me. I am so incredibly grateful and blessed to have each and every one of them in our life! 5 stars because they uphold their mission: “We exist to help you know and follow Jesus in community for a transformed life.” I’m always excited for Sunday. Avenue is my favorite place and Sunday is my favorite day. 🥹 I’ve attended Avenue nearly every Sunday for almost 3 years (!!) I need community + worship + Bible. Avenue always delivers. I don’t ever leave church thinking “eh, that could have been better.” I always feel welcomed, loved, rejuvenated, strengthened and exhorted after service! Through prayer groups, small groups, the ample time to “linger,” it feels genuine because it is. WHY AVENUE? Verses that minister to me and align with my experience at Avenue. - Hebrews 10:24-25 (Jesus can return at anytime. We must remain in community and motivate and exhort one another with love and kindness). -Galatians 4:5-6 (Jesus paid the price for my freedom from the law; I am a child of God; and His Holy Spirit dwells within me). -Matthew 6:33 (Everything I have comes from God. He is my provider and I must seek His kingdom above all else). 🙏 -Isaiah 58:6-11 (God yearns for our worship in the form of serving and ministry! And, that He knows our heart’s posture and “the Lord will guide you, continually,” He is constant and we are never forsaken. ❤️🔥). -Psalm 100:2 “Worship the Lord with gladness. Come before him, singing with joy.” Avenue Worship team is a blessing. The music feels intimate and inviting. The Holy Spirit filling the sanctuary.. is so …. Literally, filling. 😌 Amazing. Pastor Stephen is a such blessing. And the people at Ave are all so friendly and inviting. Great Church. Could not recommend it enough. My husband and I have been going to Avenue since 2022, and on our first visit we instantly felt welcome and at home. The people of Avenue church truly have a heart to serve, and serve with joy. The pastors at Avenue are intentional with their relationships with the church members, and will always make themselves available for those who call on them for help. The people of Avenue Church are such a fun, loving, and generous community that embrace you and aren’t afraid to pray over you. Come and see for yourself!! Avenue has absolutely changed my & my husband’s life! We started coming here a few months after they had started as a church plant and after struggling with the church in general, dealing with hurt from past experiences, we came in vulnerable & really not ready to “join” another church. But GOD had other plans. He worked through the people at Avenue & gave us the most amazing local community, friends, & healing experience. I can’t imagine my life without Avenue! It’s not really about the church itself - but the people who serve there & who put themselves out there to be used by God & a part of HIS greater plan. Come for a visit & experience God’s love & the way of Jesus!
