When I first came to The Refuge Church as a college student, I immediately felt at home. The people were genuine, welcoming, and made a lasting impact on me. Years later, when I moved back to the area and was looking for a church home for my family, The Refuge was the first place that came to mind. Walking back through those doors felt like no time had passed. I was welcomed with open arms, and that same sense of belonging was still there. For the past 7+ years, The Refuge has been a place where my family has grown in faith, built meaningful relationships, and found opportunities to serve. I am so grateful for a church that is warm, inviting, and deeply committed to teaching God’s Word. It brings me so much joy knowing my children are growing up in an environment where they are loved, encouraged, and taught the Bible. The Refuge isn’t just a church we attend it’s our church family, and I am incredibly thankful for all it has meant to us. Great church to call home with a family of believers that lift up the name of Jesus toghther, you can tangibly feel the presence of God in this place. We noticed it right away along with the faith of the children, as they sing and worship they inspire you to leave nothing bottled up and to lay it at the feet of the savior as well. Great group of people who genuinely care for one another's well being, highly reccomend you see for yourself. Felt like part of the church family as soon as I walked in. The Refuge church folks welcome you with their kindness, love and warmth. No one is a stranger. I have been there for five years! Messages are powerful! Music, singing is awesome! Great groups to be a part of. Looking forward to our September 2026 Women’s Retreat! Oh yeah! And sports camp this month! So many activities! Excellent family oriented church that is passionate about Jesus and sharing the love of Christ! Come join us! You won't regret it! My favorite things about this church is how friendly they are, meeting you at the door and you're welcomed in right from the start! The worship is AMAZING! Love that they sing the very songs I listen to on the radio! Pastor Tony is without a doubt an incredible Shepherd to his flock. We love the family bond this church shares. I can not say enough good things about it! Service starts at 10:00 a.m.! Come!
