Been going to CHC for quite awhile now and love, love, love all the venues they use to help others!!! Been awhile but the last stat I heard on our Food Giveaway was around FIVE MILLION Pounds of food given away by our members iN ASSOCIATION WITH AFFILIATED FOODS who donates this food!!!! FREE!!! Isn’t God GREAT!!!! I was raised very old school when it comes to religion and I heard one clear thing mentioned. Now I understand the times have changed but church especially should not. The issue I had was when the minister used the phrase "his or her church" during his prayer. No there is nothing wrong with women playing a role in the church but the role of leading the church as a pastor is clearly set out to be a man. This church is a very awesome great church I love it and look forward to being there every Sunday you truly feel the holy spirit when you walk thru them doors and I love it they have many great loving caring people who go here as well THIS CHURCH ROCKS! I enjoy singing praise songs to GOD. The sermons always seems to ring a bell concerning my life. I leave feeling a heart full of love. We have been here for a little over a year. From day one we have been made to feel like part of the family. Come by, visit, say hi. You will feel as welcome as we did. Can,t wait to see/meet y,all. Lee, Dee, Nevaeh and J
