Highly recommend this church to people new to the area or seeking to know G-d better. We visited while in town and really felt welcomed by the staff and volunteers. They do so much to make your visit less stressful. The preaching was biblical and relevant to life today, the music was modern and very uplifting. You can tell that G-d has blessed the members of this church with staff and volunteers who really care about glorifying God in all they do. Lake Hills has been an incredible church home. I started attending when I was in college with my family, then when I moved back after college, I began volunteering in the nursery. Over ten years later, I’m now married with a child of my own and Lake Hills continues to be an incredible blessing. The kids program is wonderful, filled with people and student volunteers that love the children and teaching them the stories of the Bible. The weekly sermons are rooted in scripture, teaching God’s truth. Lake Hills doesn’t shy away from difficult topics, but rather engages them with biblical teachings rooted in love. I’ve been going to Lake Hills for over 15 years. I love the community of volunteering in the nursery and going to bible study. I enjoy being with our kids and grandkids who attend here. It’s such a welcoming atmosphere without being pushy (if you’re an introvert like me.) I’ve been attending LHC since 2003 and have truly enjoyed watching—and being part of—its growth. Through its events, music, and messages, the church has supported my family and me in our spiritual journeys and has made a significant impact on our local community and on the next generation of children. We are grateful to be part of such a wonderful church. As a long time member it would be easy to attend and not get involved. However, I would be missing out on some of the most important connections in my life. From my Usher Team to my Men's Bible Study to the LHC Men's Cook Team, I can't say enough about the difference they each make in my life and faith journey. Looking for connection?
