We love FOTP they truly are a family for everyone!! Come as you are no judgements just open arms and big smiles! So thankful we found our forever home! Uses Gen Ai images in their advertisements and sermon series. As a professional artist myself it is a slap to the face to every creative individual and to our industry. The very thing that has stolen our art and livelihoods you are using to promote your church. Thou shall not steal indeed. Also, in the Bible we are instructed to be good stewards. Ai and Data Centers are destroying the environment, harming the health of people and animals, and is anti human. Pretty sure there are talented artists in your congregation that you could honor instead of using awful Ai slop. I first came across this church because of the indoor playground the church keeps open for community play. I'm still blown away that this is on offer for free during the week. We love it here! My wife and I are originally from Oregon and had a wonderful church up there. We moved down here around 5 years ago and have been attending FOTP shortly after. We really love the people and the atmosphere here. Great pastoral staff and a great group of volunteers. I and 3 of my kids have attended this church for 2 months. They are doing a lot of things right. However, I was very disappointed.. devastated actually, this past Sunday. They did not find the murder of Charlie Kirk even worth mentioning. The sermon was about how Christians need to be merciful and not judgmental. Due to the lack of concern by the pastors of this church, we will no longer be attending. It's a shame because it's the first church I have ever regularly attended with my kids, and my first church in 30 years. I did address my feelings with the campus pastor and he doubled down with no apology, reflection, or words of comfort. I'll find a church that better serves the needs of the congregation.
