What visitors say
Amazing church. Great community and ministry team. Very attuned to biblical truth. One of the most welcoming churches you will ever encounter. The congregation is a good mix of all ages. This is truly an excellent church. My wife and I agree that it was the best we ever attended. No small feat - as we've hopped around the U.S. quite a lot. The minister and people are great. Thoughtful, well-crafted sermons that inspire and inform. The people are welcoming and genuine. Though it's not the biggest church, one has the sense that this is really a strong one. When we joined, my wife and I had been married only a short time. It was a good choice for us then. But we didn't appreciate how much it offered until we began to have children who attended Sunday School there. My 3 year old learned a lot. We're now in another state. We miss NoVA/DC, but we really miss CCofA! I wish my kids could have grown up there! Very good Bible based Gospel centered church. Powerful sermons and friendly congregation very welcoming to visitors. Multi-cultural family of God. All are welcome. Wonderful welcoming church community.
