Even though all the previous reviews are from 2 to 10 years old, this is still a great body of believers and soon to be believers. It has small study groups, a great kids' program (kids here are from age months to 20 years). Men's group activities and Women's group activities as well as full congregation activities including dinners, picnics, The Deceeption Pass weekend campout (a reak experience you won't want to miss), an annual 100% discount store for our immigrant neighbors and much, much more. We'd love to have you come and visit us on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. so we can get to know you. We know we'll love you. 1/10/2026 We have been members of Meadowbrook Church for four years now. I have to say, it is the most welcoming and friendly of congregations, truly like "coming home"! Although it's small (100 in attendance on Sundays), it is mighty for God in its local missions (Avondale Park), global missions (many), and to kids and youth. (We've had kids in the youth group for over four years, and they love the sense of community.) Sound preaching straight from the Bible and sound Christian doctrine. Truly our home. Sermon - Well organized, theologically sound, and delivered with a pleasant conversational tone (eg no pressured speach and not super loud/excitable). Music - Lovely, easy to sing along, lyrics on overhead. Feel - Welcoming, relaxed/comfortable, loving. We travel full time, so we go to a different church almost every week. If we were to stay in one place, I would hope for a church home just like this one. Lovely space for having large gatherings, like a concert. Unfortunately it is still built into an office park, so it's not especially attractive, inside or out. Still very cozy and comfortable. Meadowbrook is a welcoming, friendly and loving church - "a place where God provides" in all things.
