The worship music was heavenly this past Sunday. Violin w Madolin, w guitars, drums etc...angelic voices. Thankyou! Praise the Lord for such talent. The worship service was straight from the Bible as it should be. The Pastor teaches, as the scriptures are reviewed. Last week the Pastor stated John the Baptist's father was "mute and deaf"...my wife and I looked and never saw that he was deaf. But this Sunday the scripture was reviewed and stated that that the people had to make "signs" to communicate.... meaning he was deaf also. Always something to learn and this place of worship has it going on. My 6 year old grandson wakes up Sunday morning and is ready to go! Enough said. Merry Christmas After processing my experience here I needed to write it down. This church is corrupt and filled with judgmental people. When I was struggling with serious mental health issues, I confided in a leader at a youth event, hoping for guidance or support. Instead, I was pressured into disclosing my struggles to my parents on a strict deadline, which only worsened my mental state. What made it even worse was that my personal situation was clearly shared beyond the people I confided in, as I was suddenly treated differently by others. Rather than offering real support, the environment relied heavily on emotional manipulation, especially during services and events. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about mental health in a compassionate and private way, this is not it. Great Worship Team! Where the True Word of God is Preached. God's Candle is in this Church. Many mega-churches out there, this one is a shining light on a hill. I pray God will bless you and this church with your attendance. I am not a member but I Love this Church. This is my favorite church in the Huntsville area. Brian Mayfield is an annointed minister & the Praise & Worship team is wonderful. If we lived closer than 45 minutes away this would be our church. Wonderful place of worship! Great people that are so loving, caring, and helpful in your journey!
