Very welcoming non judgemental place of worship. Pastor Larry and his wife Rosanne will make sure you are warmly welcomed if they see a new face. Pastor Larry is filled with the holy spirit and is not afraid to spit fire and truth. Great place hope to see you soon! If you are looking for a Bible based church in Northwest Arkansas, look no further than Cross Pointe NWA. Pastor Larry and the staff are welcoming, and he preaches straight out of the Bible in a way that everyone can understand. My girls and I decided we would try this church on Easter. Immediately a red haired woman who was a member of staff was very unkind. We took our seats and during the a worship music and my 8 month let out one squeal. A woman named Rosanne who was staff as well came and said we should leave to the nursery. Those 2 members of staff were very passive aggressive when we were only trying to enjoy our Easter. This is a response to Mr. David Freeman. I'm sorry you seemed to have had such a poor experience with this church. It honestly sounds like you have a grudge against the church as a whole as opposed to Cross Pointe specifically. You failed to mention that the "No Assistance" sign also states two local and non-profit organizations supported by the church with phone numbers in order to call. Both provide exceptional assistance to our area. To boot, where you aware that Cross Pointe has a life group to assist the elderly and single parents? Did you know that members of the church bring produce from their gardens for free to single parents and those with food insecurity? Did you know they reach out to the college students who have no place for the holidays or nearby families? They indeed serve the community. I'm not sure why you're angry about security. Why does Walmart have security? Why do banks have security? Why are all of our public schools locked up? Because there are terrible people with terrible hearts bent on the most destruction and pain possible against innocent and soft targets like church offices. They aren't hiding anything, they're taking general precautions against an evil world. Just ring the doorbell next time. I have a grudge against the church and now been attending Cross Pointe off and on for the past thirteen years. There is no other church I've found in the area that doesn't hold itself pretentious, massive, or focused on growth, but on the people present in its sanctuary. I would challenge you to return for a solid month of services and engage with their community. Bring your anger, your disappointments, and hurts, because this church knows a God who can handle them. Hope to see you there. What I love about Crosspointe: Perfect for those who are burnt out on religion but want relationship. When you come, you won't find perfect people but sinners who love Jesus with all their hearts who are thankful and greatful to be able to build lasting relationships with other believers. Been going since 2009 and so proud of all the growth in everyone especially how much my relationship with Christ has become deeper with the in depth sermons and life groups that you can plug in to. You will quickly become family, warmly welcomed and hopefully feel at home. Great kids programs for all ages, great for those with a heart to serve or those parents and grandparents who need a break where they know their kids will have a blast and learn about Jesus.Thankful to have a pastor, worship, leadership and admin teams that truly function as a unit. Two services to pick from with a continental breakfast just in case life happens!
