The Joseph zee ministries Voice of God conference was an experience of a lifetime! The church campus was beautiful and well kept. God is very familiar with His children here! Was there to Umpire a high school Varsity Softball game. Field was in terrible condition. Fair/foul lines were not chalked and the pitchers circle was not marked. Field had not seen water in a while. So amazing VBS 2025 was amazing! Our first time at the church. I cant wait to go to a Sunday service 😍 been to phx dream center many times and loved it. and Glendale didn't not disappoint ❤️ im so excited for next year's vbs This is a comment on Dream City School, not the church, because for some reason Google is not allowing people to leave reviews of the school, which is a shame because that would be helpful to parents in deciding whether to send their kids there or not. The school is overall a good school but can improve in the following areas: 1) Better communication with parents - there is none. These are your customers - receiving their feedback is essential for the success and improvement of the school. Without it you have an autocratic system, with it a more democratic system like the representative democracy we are truly blessed to live in. When parents feel they have a voice they will feel more like they belong there and are appreciated and their opinions matter - that results in loyalty and more of a sense of community. Patents should be represented on school board instead of mysterious nameless, faceless individuals you can't reach (that email doesn't even work) that make significant decisions that affect other people's children that attend school there and don't care what parents of those children think. Students should also have a voice as elected student government that can discuss student concerns with administrators and school board members. I think the school board should be composed of parents of current students elected by all other parents, the elected presidents of the high school and elementary/junior high schools and the pastor. The PTA just does fundraising activities for the school - they don't represent parents or try to help parents address any concerns, questions, or desires about how the school does things. School administrators themselves appear not to be concerned at all about parental suggestions, concerns, or questions about school policies. 2) High school tuition is priced at $14,000 per year and the school doesn't appear to give discounts/financial aid to anyone except foreign students who are tall and very good basketball players. K-8th grade tuition is $10k annually. Why the difference? It appears the extra $4k in annual high school tuition is used to cover the cost of giving foreign basketball players free tuition plus free room and board. The question is why is having an awesome basketball team more important than offering more reasonably priced tuition to local residents? I don't know, but it appears that something like a third of the high school student body may be composed of these basketball players receiving free tuition and school-paid room and board using the extra $4,000 tuition payments made by local parents without their permission. The school billing is also not designed to work easily within the ESA program - parents must pay the tuition up front monthly then request reimbursement from the ESA program. To request the reimbursement, parents must make a special request from the school finance office to create quarterly receipts showing what parents paid for each student. There is a sibling discount. Registration related fees are over $500 per student. 3) The Uniform policy is very strict and rigid and expensive. I don't even know why private schools always insist that students all dress the same. Again, not very American or democratic. Communion and the prayer team are great. However, too many personal stories and not enough Scripture. It’s good to have stories as analogies so that the people can understand. Nevertheless, more Scripture ought to mentioned than personal stories. Posting Scriptures along with points would be better.
