What visitors say

I'm visiting from South Carolina. I headed to the Refinery Church today for the 11AM service with my dad and stepmom who live in Goodyear. It was a beautiful church with lots of friendly people and staff. Powerful message and fantastic music. Blessings Refinery Church! My family and I visited on 12/07/25. Music and word were amazing but yes the greeting coming in and after the service were not present. We approached the New Comers booth and spoke to Steve and Amanda and they were so nice and welcoming, but other than that not one single person said hi (and believe me, you can see us lol). Absolutely love this church... awesome services and cheerful, spiritual celebrations! Been looking. Found one that works for me. Great worship, and great sermons about our everyday challenges. Went to a 55 plus dinner, and will visit the pastor's home for dinner next month. There are lots of groups you can join. People are sincerely friendly and care about one another. You can sign up for a trip to the Holy Land, or serve in the nursery. You can volunteer to clean toilets, even. After moving here 3 years ago and looking for the right church for me, I found it!!! Three years ago, I was driving down 303 watching this building being built. After a few months, I saw the banner with Refinery Christian Church. I went to visit it and felt like home. The worship music is amazing and the leaders right in the center if the Lord's spirit. Then the lead pastor sermon was told with humility, using the scripture out of the Bible, and I felt the congregation was so alive and filled with God's word. I have had many friends visit and they always come back. The kids ministries are lead with God's love and kids love the programs. Our community outreach, missions, women's and men's fellowship are awesome. The integrity, authenticity and a solid ground of the Word of God is what you get here, as well as 1 Big family. Love my church family❤
