Christ Church is a fantastic church, not just because of the Sunday services, but because it truly is a church family! God has providentially used this church to enrich my knowledge of Scripture, deepen my relationship with Jesus, teach me to depend more on the work of the Holy Spirit, grow my passion for the Great Commission to make disciples of all nations, and live in a community that is eagerly awaiting the return of Christ. I found Christ Church in 2020 and became heavily involved in the life of the church after graduating from college out of state at the end of 2024. Finding Christ-centered community was one of my biggest prayer requests, and the Lord has done more than I could have asked or imagined. Being surrounded by young adults who are fixated on Christ and His mission has been such a sweet gift! We have heartfelt worship, welcoming fellowship, expository teaching, fervent prayer, and a heart that desires every soul to come and know Jesus as Lord and Savior. I could not recommend Christ Church more, and I have loved being a part of what He is doing in Mesa to make His name known. I know I can speak on behalf of our congregation when I say we would love for you to join us. Come and see what the Lord is doing! Absolutely amazing! It's all about Jesus. Reaching out with the love of Christ to others. Providing for those in need in many areas of need. And supporting our Kingdom family. Pastor Bailey and all the Pastors are amazing men of God and only teach from God's word. Great welcoming atmosphere. You won't be sorry, just thankful to be there, so come. Whether church has been part of your life for years or you have never set foot in a church, you will be welcomed here. I have been a member of Christ Church since 2018 and cannot put into words the work the Lord has done in my life and heart through the faithful biblical preaching/teaching, the passionate vertical worship, and the community of the church family that has developed. Our Mesa location has become a sweet gift and it is so beautiful to get to be part of what God is doing in and through Christ Church. There are so many ways to get connected—just because it is a big church doesn't mean it can't feel small when you make connections and join community. We weren't meant to live this life alone and it is so sweet to walk together as believers as we all pursue Christ! There are many ways to do that at Christ Church so there’s certainly a good fit for you. Come join us! Very welcoming congregation. Very knowledgeable pastoral staff. I felt welcomed and never once have I felt judged. If it's your first time visiting they have an awesome visitors hub. As someone who is heavily tattooed I quite often feel uncomfortable and unwelcome when I visit a new church. I didn't feel that way for a single second here. It doesn't matter how you're dressed or what you look like all that matters is that you are here. Pastor Adam quite often uses the term "Church Family" and that's exactly how it feels here. It feels like a family. Having been a member since 2018, I have witnessed firsthand that... 1. the leadership has been bold in preaching and teaching the truth, line by line vs. topical. 2. they have a mission driven heart, consistently reaching out to the community with genuine love and purpose. 3. they are very orderly and organized 4. there are plenty of ways to serve each other and the community. 5. this is a not a spectator church for believers. Be prepared to be active in your faith. 6. Absolutely everyone is welcomed, every tribe, tongue and nation are loved! While no church may be perfect for everyone, this one may be perfect for you!
