It's cool. If the jerks using the respite don't rob you while you sleep. Cool and plenty of water. Dee is awesome. This is the church I always hoped to find. They say, “no matter where you are on life’s journey, you are welcome here” and they really mean it. They love you just as you are with no intention of making you into anything else. No pressure, just love and beloved community—in my humble opinion, that’s what church was always supposed to be! I’m so glad I found First Church! The Pastor gave a great message and the worship music really moved me! I felt the Holy Spirit. This is a very friendly and welcoming congregation. I will definitely be back and recommend this Church to people! This church is a blessing to the community. With it's bag lunches served during the week. Also, the summer heat relief was/ia very beneficial for myself and for anyone needing to get out of the hot weather. I got a lot of much needed rest there. As I am currently homeless it was a safe place for me to sleep and get out of the heat. Thanks. I haven't gone yet, but looking into it, I can tell this is one of the most welcoming churches, as churches should be, loving without judgment like Jesus would! 🥰
