Great spiritual Bible based church Was welcomed the first day I attended. Great Bible studies lead by Pat McCauley a kind & spiritual lead lady. Made friends by joining the Chior. Pastor Andrea is enthusiastic & shows his love by greeting each Sunday at the front door. Started coming this April and it immediately felt like home! I'm in my early twenties and Emmanuel has a great group of young people as well as super cool people of all ages. Amazing church body! Very welcoming church! Love the biblically-based preaching and the spirit-led worship. If you're looking for a home church with all your future best friends this is it. I have been coming to Emmanuel Church for 25 years and simply put, it is home. The people and community here are warm, welcoming, and caring and the preaching is always biblical, relevant, and meaningful. The worship is absolutely amazing and always provides a space for people to encounter God. I would recommend this church to anyone looking for community and a place to be known and loved. Burbank, California has no shortage of choices when it comes to selecting a church. Where Emmanuel stands out is the people. On a Sunday morning, you will be greeted by a team of caring individuals who actually do want to know how you're doing. Inside those glass double doors is a warm and welcoming sanctuary where you can connect with God and his people. Emmanuel wants you to have a strong relationship with Christ and has many opportunities to facilitate spiritual growth. Also, their personal barista, Dan, is THE BEST! :D I came to this church questioning, doubting and in need (of God, of friends, of change...). The people of Emmanuel welcomed me with open arms and without question. I have grown stronger spiritually, mentally and emotionally since coming to this church. If you get involved in classes and programs, or just attend regularly, you will meet some great people!
