saw amazing parishioners today walking in the parade. I attend a different church, but made me so proud to see the Christian community here and thankful for all saints being the representation for inclusivity. So appreciate seeing this today, and I am sure many others did ♥️ We were disappointed to see that this church openly promotes positions that are inconsistent with traditional Christian teaching and biblical doctrine. The display of a Pride flag at the church communicates an affirmation of beliefs that are not supported by Scripture. I see that many churches have chosen a more progressive direction, but those seeking a congregation that adheres to Christian teachings should be aware of where this church stands. The church's public messaging and theological positions do not reflect the understanding of Christianity that the Bible teaches. Of course we are all sinners in need of a savior, our Lord Jesus Christ but promoting sin is not what church is about. For Christians looking for a church grounded in traditional biblical doctrine, this is not the right fit. Feeling blessed to be part on this Choral eucharist and pageant, On the eve of the nativity of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Merry Christmas and God Bless Y'all! The people were very friendly and welcoming. Sign-ups were being taken for a number of small groups meeting on various interests, where it would be easier to get to know a group of parishioners better. On Sunday we attended, there was a Ladies Luncheon, with beautiful flowers setting the welcoming tone. (I was sorry I couldn’t stay— previous engagement.) A BBQ for 20s & 30s is planned. Also available— a beautiful playground for children under 12 with supervision from their parents. 5 stars when I started attending and found a vibrant, loving community. So much has changed. So many people hurt...during a pandemic. May God bring healing and reconciliation.
