The people at St. Ambrose have a God loving heart they do a lot for the homeless community such as open there shower so homeless could go to there appointments be clean and feel good about themselves the church has been feeding the homeless for over 30 yrs and do a lot to help the community they have a great service on Sunday and midweek Prayer meeting and Bible study. Because of the showers there has been several homeless people that have been able to get out of the situation of homelessness and get jobs and back into homes again and alot of other fund raisers they do and activities the church is doing for the community. Loving parish ! Good people. Beautiful Communion service ! And a great rector !!! All churches and pastors need to be like them. I have never been here, however, the article about this Pastor helping a homeless man is EXACTLY what should be happening. God wants us to be compassionate and understanding, and this church has absolutely demonstrated that. Amazing church. beautiful and thought-provoking sermons. The congregation is super friendly. The church does lots of charity work for the local community Matthew 25:35-40 NIV For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me... Thank you St. Ambrose When I was homeless and needed to shower and eat I'd go to this church. Every Tuesday and Thursday they offer showers, free clothing, and breakfast for those in need. I am grateful for the Christ like services this church and staff provided me in my time of need.
