Not reviewing based on the service, but for their parking situation and how inconsiderate it is. I have lived right next to this church before it was the Promise Church. The previous establishment was not as inconsiderate with parking and the residents who live around the area. With how popular this church has become, there's been an influx of people who have been going to this church which is great, but not so great for the residents that live nearby. The church has its own parking lot in which 95% of the time is empty, or barely utilized; for cars atleast. This is an ongoing issue as parking on the street is a hassle due to the church having so many events and not utilizing their lot. To whom this concerns, all we ask is that the church please utilize the parking lot before having people park on the street where residents park their cars, or at least spread awareness of the people attending to try to park in the designated parking lot. Thank you. You can truly feel the presence of the Holy Spirit and as part of the family. Bishop Alas and his family are always attentive to everyone. The members of the church are all very welcoming and helpful. I felt right at home. Thank you Jesus❤🙏🏻 Blessed to have found this place, most genuinely caring people to pray for U & help U. The diaper bank & food distribution is weekly. Resources for housing available. Thank U God, for blessing me w these wonderful people whom welcome me w open arms giving me faith w the strength of their prayer. I have not attended their worship service and came here only with a friend to pick up free food that they are giving away 3 times a week and I think the days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Be prepared to wait in line for at least an hour or so. They have two lines for vehicles that is alternating and three staff working: An elderly woman who directs the two Male staff or volunteers. And this is the reason for the long wait because out of the 2 volunteers, only one is really working or doing the work because the other just stands there and directs the other what to do. But hey, free food is always worth the wait, right? A warm and heart-felted place to visit. Better yet, to be part of: is a welcoming family of people. They have an English and Spanish service on Sundays.
