I started attending The Father’s House East Bay Campus in April 2025 after transitioning from another church due to leadership and outreach changes. From the beginning, I was impressed with how intentional TFH is about reaching different groups of people in the community, especially young adults. One of the first things I got involved in was the Young Adults group, which has been an incredible place to grow in faith and meet people from many different church backgrounds. Everyone brings their own unique testimony and perspective, which makes the conversations meaningful and encouraging. One of the most impactful moments in my journey here was making the decision to get baptized as an adult on World Baptism Day. It was truly one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life, and the church community was incredibly supportive during that step of faith. I also attend Pursuit Nights, which are typically held on Thursday evenings. The worship is powerful, and the atmosphere encourages both personal prayer and praying for others through testimony and intercession. A sermon I attended in August 2025 spoke about the importance of getting plugged into serving when you call TFH your home. That message really resonated with me, and I felt God calling me to serve in Kids Ministry. Helping young people understand God’s love and faithfulness at such an important stage of their lives is incredibly meaningful. I also have a background working in youth recreation, so it felt like a natural fit. The Kids Ministry team has been amazing to serve alongside. I strongly encourage anyone who attends to get plugged in, whether through serving, small groups, or young adults. There are so many opportunities for everyone to grow and be part of the community. This church truly uplifts people in their faith and helps build a strong foundation. If you’re looking for a church where you can grow, serve, and be part of a welcoming community, I highly recommend The Father’s House East Bay. This Church makes you feel so welcome and like you’ve found your home filled with the Holy Spirit and family. They have an awesome new believers and new to the church program called essentials. They help you get connected to a small Bible study group. They have marriage classes and anything else you could need to grow your relationship with the Lord. They have a great kids area so you can enjoy services while your little ones play and learn about Jesus. This church has the best true to the gospel messages and you’ll want to make this your home church right away. Wow! After attending the location in Vacaville for some time, the commute was weighing heavily. I found this location and was met by such a friendly community. The worship is solid, the Holy Spirit is present, and the small nature really promoted a more welcoming atmosphere than the bigger location in Vacaville. I could explain the life changing events and go into my testimony, but I think I would encourage you to experience it for yourself. No pressure. So if you are searching for a new church, or are in town visiting, come on down to the Father's House and tell em Ricky sent ya! I hope to see you there soon. My wife and I came here post covid because they were one of the few churches willing to open up at that time. We never left. The people are friendly, and the church location is perfect for us. Pastor Dave Patterson is articulate and does an amazing job teaching, preaching, with transparency, and a bit of humor mixed in. The church has amazing worship teams, fast growing youth group, and great children's ministry. There is also a good balance of youth, young adults, married families, and "seasoned saints". We have met more adult friends in the last couple of years here, than in any of the other churches we've attended previously. If you want a relationship based church, with dynamic worship and fantastic teaching/preaching, you couldn't find a better place than TFH East Bay! This church is on mission and on point. Been with these folks nearly ten years, New people are constanyly coming, and finding new life in Christ, new friends, and a place where they feel like they belong. Come and make TFH East Bay your church home, too.
