This church feels like home. Never felt so welcomed and valued . They do a great job at keeping the focus on Jesus, they are Spirit filled, stick to the word, worship is so amazing and they do a great job at being in the community. Don't get me started on how amazing the children's ministry is. My kids are developing such a strong relationship with God so young because of them! Wow, Mountain View Church is on fire! From the worship team, to the new location, to pastor Todd, it’s quite an experience. The worship team is led by Ryan Kirkland who’s toured with Switch Foot and Anberlin and has an amazing voice and high energy. The rest of the crew is equally talented and “all-in” making the worship high energy and inspiring. The songs are a great mix of some the latest worship songs, a few originals and some great hymns mixed in. Pastor Todd is like the best friend you wish lived next door. His humility and scriptural knowledge are well balanced. His desire to share his best understanding of scriptures from his experiences, leading theologians and what God’s placed on his heart is refreshing and he’s got a great sense of humor as well. Our family has found that his teaching and practical application to today’s life has challenged us to reflect on how we represent Christ. The children's, high school and college ministries are amazing. I have witnessed teens that have shown more maturity and selflessness than most adults. Their success in these programs are easy to see when you take into consideration that the number of kids in these programs are currently almost equal to the number of adults in church! (Wow) Last but not least, the congregation has been so welcoming. The opportunities to truly get connected to people who love the Lord are endless. The smiles, warm welcomes and the helping hands I've witnesses brings to mind an “Acts Based Church”. This is a truly unique church and we feel blessed to call it home now. Don't take my word for it. Come and check it out! Yesterday was our first time attending Mountain View. I felt god calling me to go there and I’m so glad I did. I wanted a place for my family to all feel welcomed. If we stay in California I think this will be the church we’ll call Home. Pastor Todd was very relatable and spoke truth to us. So glad God guided us here. Oh my goodness! What an amazing facility! So comfortable and welcoming and the ministry group is so friendly and knowledgeable and insightful. It must be wonderful to be a regular memder I was from out of town Are you looking for a church to call home? If so, be sure to check out MVC - the friendly, family atmosphere you will find here cannot be beat. Pastor Todd Rodarmel shares the message of God's love for us in such an authentic and relatable manner. Worship music led by Ryan Kirkland is amazing and inspiring. My family and I have loved every moment spent at our "home" church and my guess is that you will as well.
