A Welcoming Easter Service at North County Church of Christ (San Marcos) My son and I recently had the opportunity to attend an Easter service at North County Church of Christ in San Marcos, thanks to an invitation from his friend. While I'm not typically a church-going person, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience and we both had a really decent time, even participating in the fun Easter egg hunt afterwards. The service itself was engaging. The hymns and songs they sang were quite good, and the pastor delivered his message with what seemed like genuine care and passion. You could tell he believed in what he was saying, which made it more impactful. What struck me most was the sense of community within the congregation. Everyone seemed to know each other and get along well, suggesting a strong and established fellowship. As visitors, my son and I were met with nothing but inviting and friendly attitudes. There was absolutely no sense of judgment, which made us feel comfortable and welcome. If you are someone who regularly attends church or are looking for a welcoming faith community in the San Marcos area, based on my experience, North County Church of Christ seems like a good place to consider. The service was meaningful, the music was enjoyable, and the people were genuinely kind. Not here but this review is for the school. My sister don’t like it. I hear the school don’t have support more challenging I have only visited a couple of churches in San Diego and did not get what I was looking for. After reading NCCC website, they had a lot of great information that was confirmed during my visit. They were friendly, warm, and welcoming. Many church of Christ are strictly biblical, but I love that NCCC incorporates practical life lessons. Also, their adult classes are very practical as well, which is awesome. We have only attended once, but they seems to have a really great children's program and I love that they have bible class as well as a children's bible hours during adult worship. I am looking forward to attending again and possibly placing membership. NCCC is a wonderful ministry-oriented fellowship that strives to stay focused on Christ and his bride the church. You will definitely enjoy the living atmosphere and you will grow in your walk with the Lord A nice and welcoming church. I've been going here for like 8 years and everyone is really welcoming.
