What visitors say
Second time my wife & I have attended an early Sunday Mass @ SJC during leisure visits to the area over the last few years. Very impressed with the church community (friendly & a wide variety of ages among the parishioners) and the facilties (worship & educational). This time their Pastor celebrated Mass, and he seemed to have a dry sense of humor along with compassion & appropriate reverance that were appreciated by his parishioners. He was also patient with the clearly young & inexperienced altar servers throughout the Mass. We would definitely choose St. Juliana again as our Catholic worship host if our travels brought us to the area. I want to return to my church here. I entered first grade in 1961 with sr Ruth Andrew as principal and fr O'Brien as pastor. I was among the first to have holy communion in the new church. When did fr O'Brien pass?He baptized me my sister and my father who converted to Catholicism married my parents and buried my father. The parishioners are so kind and friendly. There are also many events and activities for all age groups and interests. It has a great music program! The people are very welcoming! Nice small church. We attended Sunday mass once when we went for basketball tryout. The mass was good. The parish feels like the best of home! Friendly and welcoming. Check out the 9 am Mass- the Choir is great!
