This place is amazing! The sermons are enthusiastic and made relatable which really helps. They offer child care and other family activities. They have a strong tie to the community and encourage people to take active rolls in it. This church has really reinvigorated my faith. It makes coming to church fun and something to look forward to. The music is amazing too. I was a big fan of Pastor Jim & Faith CC. This new church is unnecessarily political. Failed at being funny. I will no longer be attending after 25 yrs of happily & proudly being tied to Reeve family churches. I’ve been attending this church for many years, and I’ve seen significant changes over time. While the church promotes values of family and connection, my recent experience was disheartening. I came to worship with my family, including my 1-year-old, and was asked to leave the service because my child was making some noise. Rather than feeling welcomed and supported, we were told to watch the service online, something I wouldn’t have driven to church for if that were my intention. We weren’t offered a more accommodating space like an overflow room. Instead, we were directed to sit in the lobby, where the environment was so noisy that I couldn’t meaningfully participate in the service. The response we received felt more focused on maintaining a certain image for the livestream than on supporting families who are trying to stay connected to God in person. It’s also concerning how much pressure is placed on families to leave their children in the kids’ area. Not every parent feels comfortable doing that, and it should be okay to keep young children with us during worship. Unfortunately, experiences like this are becoming more common, and it’s not surprising that many families have chosen to leave. It saddens me to say this, but the church no longer feels as welcoming as it once did. I hope leadership reflects deeply on how their actions are impacting the very families they claim to value. An uplifting Christian Church, very direct and straight forward sermons. If you come from a traditional conservative church, it will shock you but you will start liking it little by little. This is a very open minded church so please be open minded, don’t compare or judge. I’m not a regular of this church but once in a while I like coming here because the amazing worship team and all pastors are energize and they are transparent as well. I like service that is direct and they can talk about any subject. I loved when the senior pastor mentioned the word “sex” couple time., it was hilarious. Yes, they are not afraid to speak up when is tithe time, very direct and bold. Loved FCC and Pastor Jim. New Church and Pastor Dan not so much.
