If you are looking for a solid Bible teaching church, Grace Church Monterey Bay is it! The preaching each week is gospel centered, the worship and singing is beautiful with biblical truths, and the church community is so loving. It is a very family friendly church if you have children, and it’s so refreshing to see people from multi-generations worshipping together. Highly recommend this church! After Covid19 hit, we were desperate to find a good church who still met in person and who preached the Bible in a deep and meaningful way. We visited a few other churches but did not find what we were looking for. A friend mentioned Grace Church in Seaside. The first time we set foot in Grace Church, both my husband and I felt immediately at home. The folks were very welcoming, people of all ages, lots of kids and the atmosphere was casual and very joyful. The sermon was totally bible based, convicting, yet so full of grace! We thought this might just be a first impression, too good to be true. We came back the next Sunday and never left. Our only regret is that we didn't find Grace Church any sooner! If you are looking for a friendly, solid bible preaching church family, check it out! Incredible Bible teaching and family friendly church. You’ll encounter people from many different walks of life, which is what drew us in. The community we’ve found at GCMB has been life changing and we are so, so grateful for the body of believers who love on our family so well. If you’re looking to grow in your walk with Jesus and find community- this is the church for you. I'm so happy to have found this church. I wasn't feeling satisfied at my previous church and decided it was time for a change. I put in "non-denominational church near me" into Google Maps and here I am! If you believe in Jesus, I would recommend this church. If you are curious about God and are trying to figure out the truth, I would still recommend. We stand up and say a mission statement, the hymns are Biblical and sound beautiful with the whole church singing praises to God, and the sermons are hearty and truthful to the Bible. Also, there are other studies and activities aside from Sunday morning service. So far, I think this is a church that does a good job at magnifying our Lord Jesus Christ (Father, son and Holy Spirit). My family and I have attended GCMB for more than a year and we have been blessed by the love this church shows to all. GCMB holds the highest regard for exegetical verse-by-verse preaching of the Scriptures and Christ exalting worship. This church is unified around a single charge which is exemplified in its mission statement: We Exist To Glorify God by MAGNIFYING the Lord Jesus Christ, MINISTERING to His church, and MULTIPLYING His disciples. The church also has a wonderful children’s ministry and a number of individual discipleship opportunities. We highly recommend this church to all who seek to glorify God in an atmosphere of unity and love for one another.
