What visitors say
I came to this church after searching for faithful, reverent worship and clear, uncompromising gospel preaching. I didn’t want politics from the pulpit I wanted to be taught the Word of God with depth, care, and conviction. From my very first visit, it was clear this church takes Scripture seriously. The preaching is careful, consistent, and deeply rooted in the text. Over the past four years, I’ve grown more here both intellectually and spiritually than anywhere else I’ve been. The men of this church, both the pastors and the congregation, have personally invested in me. There’s a real sense of brotherhood, accountability, and Christ-like love that is rare today. By God’s grace, I’ve now been accepted into seminary, and I can truly say this church played a major role in that. I wasn’t just attending I was being shaped and discipled. If you’re looking for a church that prioritizes reverence in worship, serious biblical teaching, and genuine Christian community, this is the place. They love Christ, and you see it clearly in how they love one another. Highly recommended. Love this church! Awesome leadership and body of loving, welcoming members. Great fellowship opportunities, various events and seminars for individuals seeking an involved, passionate community of believers. I highly recommend this to become your church home! Come let your faith be strengthened by pure biblical preaching, where you can partake in the pure administration of the sacraments with reverent worship and edifying fellowship. Pastors Taylor and Daniel are faithful servants of God who faithfully preach the whole counsel of God. I am incredibly thankful for the expository, Christ-centered proclamation of the gospel which lifts my eyes to Christ Jesus. After years of feeling spiritually restless at a large non-denominational church—plenty of energy, not enough roots—I found Ontario United Reformed Church in Ontario, CA and, over time, became a member. The difference was immediate. Worship is ordered and unhurried, shaped entirely by Scripture. The preaching is expository—the text sets the agenda, and the pastor follows it. The congregation sings from the Psalter, which took some getting used to but now feels natural and deeply spiritually fitting. Membership isn’t a formality. The membership class, walks through church history, church government, and Reformed doctrine—you come to membership knowing what you believe, why you believe it, and what you’re committing to. With Sunday morning and evening services, a Spanish service after the morning worship, and Sunday school, there are consistent opportunities to grow week after week. No performance. No padding. Just God’s Word, faithfully preached and sung by a congregation that means it. If you’re looking for a Reformed church in Ontario, CA that is grounded in Scripture and focused on Christ, come visit and experience a traditional service for yourself. Biblical preaching Confessionally reformed Strong community of believers.
