I am an on-line participant, and I follow Verve because Pastor Josh never fails to meet us where we are, and is REAL about what is happening in our personal lives and in the life of our country. I always appreciate how he is courageous enough to preach about what is really happening around us, and does not give in to the political manipulations of many churches in America today. We love Verve City Church! We’ve called this place home for years and years for so many reasons. The mission of our church is to help people find life by following Jesus and we see that happening through baptisms, outreach events, people volunteering their time, and investing their gifts to grow in their relationships with God. These things are true for us as well, we know the importance of being part of community in growing as Christ followers and have experienced this in more ways than we can count here. We feel it’s so welcoming too, and we really enjoy Josh’s messages. We feel encouraged and challenged each Sunday. These are just a few of the things that help us to know The Verve is where we’re meant to be. If you’re looking for community, Verve City is the place to be! The people and staff are all welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. They have incredible ministries for every age— the children's and students ministries are engaging and all around a great place for the kids to learn about Jesus. It’s a safe and fun place to bring the whole family. The main church teachings are centered on the gospel and are presented in an educated and easily digestible way. I always feel like I get something practical out of the messages that directly relates to my life. You can really feel the love this church has for each other and for the Lord! AND amazing free coffee! My husband, three elementary age kids, and I, have been attending Verve City Church for 2 years now. We instantly knew this was the place for us and have been at this church ever since our first Sunday. The kids church is incredible. The people are friendly and so welcoming. I am most proud of all that this church does for our community. Visit once and it will feel like home. I am so grateful to be a part of Verve City Church. The community here is warm, welcoming, and truly feels like family. The services are inspiring and meaningful, with messages that uplift and challenge me to grow spiritually. The worship team is wonderful, and it’s clear that everyone involved puts their heart into every aspect of the service.
