What visitors say
I have recently come to find Christ Lutheran Church after years of feeling allergic to church in general. This is a very warm and welcoming group of people - not pretentious at all! - and they really practice a “come as you are” approach. They are ELCA which means they are committed to living out God’s love for all people, “saint, sinner and seeker.” Different viewpoints and lifestyles are welcome, and they have a very active program supporting our homeless neighbors. Pastor Kindlee is speaks to my heart in her sermons, and it’s amazing to find a kind young woman who is mothering her whole congregation flock in addition to her joint family. They also have a lovely organist who performs classics on their fine pipe organ, and snacks after each service! I'm not a member of the congregation, but I do like to make a pit stop outside to say prayers and thank God for all the wonderful things he does for me and my son. I've had experience here with the staff as well and they are all very sweet and friendly people. The space is beautiful; the congregation is kind and warm and welcoming; Pastor Kinndlee is fantastic! Very welcoming, with a friendly pastor, and congregation. The sermon is always very relevant personally, locally, and globally. The mission to share God’d love is clear. Love this church. Get there whenever I visit home. Pastor Dave us awsome! He married us nearly 20 years ago.
