Oasis is my home church because God made it evident to me to plant myself there. I love this church and my church family are truly Holy Ghost filled people who definitely love the Lord and follow Him. My spiritual walk with Jesus has accelerated so much and it’s crazy I don’t even recognize myself anymore. I want to be continually transformed into the image of Christ. I’m never going to look back at my past but I’m moving forward with Jesus holding my hand. I want more of Him and less of me. Thank you Jesus for everything. You are truly enough and all that I need in my life. Come check this church out for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Hallelujah! Amen❤️🔥🙏🏾 I have known both Pastor Joel and Georgia since moving to Sacramento in 2011. Oasis is not my home church however I must state that Pastor Joel is the greatest spiritual Dad I have met since moving here. He is kind, generous and as another reviewer wrote he really does put everyone before himself, he is a perfect example of un-selfish. The church is very free and the congregation is extremely loving and kind towards new members. I am a worship leader throughout the cities and this is my favorite church to lead worship at due to the anointing that flows within this church, there are over 12 different churches our team plays at and again this one is my absolute favorite to lead at. There is so much freedom here, so much love that the minute you walk into the doors you can feel an overwhelming presence of the Holy Spirit. If you are looking for a church to get filled this one is for you. Not only is the Spirit evident in this church but I can't say enough about the lead Pastor Joel Pappas, he is somebody that will accept you and love you and never hesitate to give you the time of day to help you in times of need. He again is just a beautiful man of God and it shows all over in the way he treats others and the members of his church. This church is amazing and the warmth and welcome that you will receive when attending here is far above a majority of the churches around today. There is not enough good things I can say about Oasis, just a beautiful spirit filled church with a beautiful hearted spirit filled pastor! Thanks Oasis for everything and all the blessings your ministry has given not only myself but the thousands of others I have seen touched throughout the years at this church. 5 stars all the way Although I haven't gone in sometime now, I can tell you that Oasis Christian Mission Center do not follow another Christ, but the only true and Living God Jesus Christ! The Word of God From Genesis to Revelations is believed and preached from with the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the Pastors truly Love God and Love His People. The Body Of Christ As A Whole has not completely arrived and has it's issues that needs to be worked on, unfortunately when people have a bad situation with someone in any one of the churches they may attend, they will demonize that particular church or churches. The only thing we can do is continue to love them and pray for them agape4life I attended this church off and on for almost a year. The pastor of this church is a saint, he seems to always put others before himself from what I have seen. This congregation is definitely going after God. This is not a hands in your pocket church. Very anointed and the presence of the Holy Spirit is obvious at this church. I have started to seek other churches however recently because the worship music does not have any variety anymore. There used to be a few really good worship teams that would play here when I first started to attend but over the past few months now that I have gone it has been the same worship leader everytime and he and his backups are just ok, Overall a really warm and welcoming church. I am unable to drive but if I could I would go back to Oasis in a heartbeat! I love Pastor Joel and Pastor Georgia Papas💝They are transparent and pure of heart. It was my honor to serve at Oasis. I loved using flags and dancing in worship. If someone is biblically wrong, they are lovingly corrected. May God continue to reside in the hearts of His children who reside at Oasis in purity and in truth. Amen.
