Our family loves Story Church and our church community! We’ve had the privilege of being members of the church since the beginning and seeing our kids grow up in this church has been such a blessing! The children’s ministry is amazing! Our boys have grown so much in their faith and I know that Story has played a huge part in this. We’re forever grateful for the hardworking staff and volunteers that make it a priority to teach our kids the truth of the gospel week after week! We've been attending Story Church for more than 5 years now and love it. It has been amazing to see this new church plant grow and reach so many people in the community with the gospel. They have a great children's program for kids ages 1 til 5th grade, and a youth program for students in 6th-12th grade. There's "home groups" that meet throughout the week, making it easy to get connected well with different people. And now that they're in a new building that they have access to all week, they now offer various programs like women's Bible study, men's discipleship groups, classes, prayer meetings, and more. We love Story Church and have been so blessed by the Bible-based preaching, the people, the worship teams, our home group, the kids' programs, serving in various roles, and more! We started attending Story after my friend prompted us to. I kept telling her I didn't want to come to some new "hipster church." Our first service was a Christmas Eve service right before the pandemic hit and I was instantly drawn in. Solid, Bible based preaching, a warm and welcoming community for our kids (and a kids ministry that really focuses on teaching our kids, not just babysitting), godly leadership, and a desire to really see one another grow in our faith. We recently attended the membership class and I'm very grateful for the checks and balances that are in place to hold those who are shepherding us accountable. I've grown up in church my whole life and I've been in churches where 10% of the people do all the work to keep things going. Story church also has protocols in place for those who serve so that they are not just always serving but are also in service getting fed as well. Our community group is extremely diverse when it comes to age, marital status, having kids, etc but it has been so wonderful to have that small group community to dig deeper into life with. I'm thankful to be a part of this body of believers. We love Story Church! It’s a place where the gospel is preached, the Bible is taught, and the Spirit is active. It’s a place where the broken find forgiveness and transformation and people from all backgrounds find a home in the family of God. Solid Gospel-centered preaching church. We’ve called it home for the past 6 years👍🏼
