A warm and welcoming community. Thoughtful liturgy, programming that has included game nights, quarterly yard sales, music events, Saturday evening AA meetings. Fellowship and sanctuary open to all. Also visit the beautiful cactus garden as a place for meditation and prayer. This place brought me back to learning about Jesus and God. Very welcoming and Father Jay is a walking Bible. I enjoy the services! We started attending St. Peter’s Episcopal Church late last year, and from the very beginning, we were met with warmth, inclusivity, and genuine hospitality. The community is welcoming to all, and we’ve truly found a church home here. The services are thoughtful and spirit-filled, and the sense of belonging and connection has meant so much to us. We're grateful to be part of such a compassionate and affirming congregation. The priest was very friendly and empathetic. The congregation, though small, was very friendly. I chatted with a few people there over coffee and cookies for an hour after the service! Felt out of place. Nothing but an older crowd that has been there for a long time. I could be wrong.
