My wife, grand daughter and I visited Brave SF for the first time today. We found it very welcoming loving, and full of the presence of the Lord. Pastor Al personally greeted us and visited with us. I'm looking forward to getting to know him better. May God bless and prosper this beautiful church and the Brave family. Church seemed racist. I came in before building was locked and there were people in there and I was not allowed to enter. The white guy who was the greeter was quick to get nosy and wanted to know my name and who I came to speak too and followed me in the church. I am giving 5 stars so everyone will see this and know what kind of church this really is. I was kicked out of church and told never to come back and was accused of smoking in church. I was smoking in a area in which if you stood there and looked up you would see the sky. Not a roof. I was not smoking inside. They would not allow me to go to services. I attended this place for the first time yesterday and it was a really welcoming place. My visit was for my mother in laws memorial, she will truly be missed. She was very active at this church and i can see why. They all loved her, she was very helpful to others n the church as well. The pastor n ministers that worked there all said great things about her, which tells me this church is a very humble place. I will do my best to attend this church n continue moms legacy to this church and Jesus Christ. My wife and I love Brave Church! Teaching is great, band is so good. And the people are friendly & genuine. Most of all, Pastor Al is caring and authentic.
