When I 1st came to GT I immediately felt the presence of the Holy Spirit and the warmth of the people who served. A diverse church body all with a hunger to see God move in the lives of others. Fast forward I’ve been amazed to see the growth and steadfastness of this church. Jesus is the center of this house. My friend suggested that I go to this church with her and never again will I come here. They begged for money every 5 mins. They also had everyone go around and introduced themselves, and I was ignored by their staff and followers. People are rude, they like to shove each other in crowded areas. They do not have Bibles, no one was reading from the Bible. There were no scripture verses. Amazing atmosphere! Pastor Dave and his wife/congregation super friendly and sweet. He invited us to lunch w/his sponsor. Fellowship was heartfelt and genuine…Truly Love of the Lord was present. Not religious but relationship driven. I can see why GOD has blessed this church family. Will be back (Lord’s will) when back in California. GOD is good!!!! All the time. Sunday services at Glad Tidings church are so amazing! Their worship is intense, real and passionate! Their workers are friendly, loving and so dedicated in their work. The Senior Pastor is a wonderful man of God who has a beautiful family, all involved in different ministries of the church. What is so incredible is that you will see people from all walks of life and from different cultures, truly so diversified. I always look forward to their varied events because I love their inspiring messages. It's so uplifting and it encourages my spirit to seek God more! This church lives up to their shared purpose and that is to love God and to let His love known to others! They're friendly with lots of hugs and blessings.to go around. It's when I lived in Hayes Valley early on in college that they caught my eye. A decade later I'm back with college friends and attending services at this church which has changed many lives for the better--including mine.
