Truly amazing church community. Ppl are so friendly and so supportive - not just “I will pray for you” kind of supportive, but when you are in need ppl actually step up to help! Also amazing that almost 90% of the church members are in some kind of ministry roles. Such high participation of the congregation in ministry is rare! I grew up in this church and it's a really lovely, welcoming, and fun place. There are three congregations (mandarin, cantonese, and english), and it's a mostly asian church but in terms of the age range it's super diverse! There are fellowship groups for basically everyone. GGCRC has three congregations (mandarin, cantonese and English). Everyone is very welcoming and warm. If you are looking for a Christian church in sf, be sure to check in out. This an awesome church. Bible based teaching church and the people are very friendly. The church also have various community program to cater all ages of people. Programs for all ages from infants to elderlies. People are caring, warm, and nonjudgmental. A great place to draw near to God.
