I love this church!! Coming to church is like coming home because it’s honestly family. My family has been coming to The Hills since August 2020, and from the very first encounter with Pastor Brian and his wife, Amy, we felt loved, supported, and prayed over. My son loves the kids ministry. Holli, who oversees the kids ministry, is someone truly special. Trust me when I say your family will be hugely blessed to know Miss Holli. The Hills is a special place. It’s a light shining in North County. My family has been a part of The Hills for over three years and the people in this community have truly become our family! Everyone is welcoming and warm and it’s a great environment for our kids to grow up in. I would highly recommend The Hills to anyone looking for a Christ centered church in North County! My family is beyond blessed to have found this church. I have never felt the sense of community like I feel at The Hills. I have formed so many friendships that I know will last a lifetime. From the moment we first attended we felt welcomed and at home. God is so good and so faithful, we prayed and He brought us here. Moved from Indiana and was in search for my church home. San Diego offers awesome churches but many were too big for me when I was trying to find a community. Checked out this church and loved how many different ages of people I saw - kids, college students, young adults, newly married, families, etc. The best part of this church are the community groups that meet 1x week to build genuine relationships while deepening our faith in Christ! I’ve been attending this Church for about 18 months and am happy to call it home! My wife and daughters love it as well. It feels nice to be a part of a church where the members are genuine and there is a strong sense of community. If you’re looking for a family church with solid teaching and fellowship I recommend popping in at 10 on a Sunday morning.
