As a child I fell in love with the Lord. In my thirties, my ex husband and I along with our three young children joined SRVBC. For the first few years the experience was amazing. I felt alive in the Word and in the Lord. After a while, it seemed that those who tithed "higher" $, were the ones chosen for certain tasks as well as 'seating assignments'. The leadership thrived on money given to the church and at once you were feeling like you were sidelined. A very close relative who had been a Pastor for over 30+ years visited SRVBC. He was asked to speak several different times. My relative took my ex husband and I out to lunch one Sunday after service and very humbly told us we needed to leave the church. He had seen what we had suspected. I left years and years ago and I'm still to this day dealing with what I went through and I'm scared to be involved in another church. I praise God for San Ramon bible church. I’m incredibly thankful for the teaching of the word of God so powerful and clear and easy to understand. The leadership is amazing ( loving, kind, always available to take a call to help me in anyway that I might need and also my entire family. I’m eternally grateful! I heard the way of salvation at SRVBC and gave my life to Jesus Christ the best decision I’ve ever made. If you’re looking for eternal security, support, encouragement, love and fellowship with other believers from young people to older people look no further San Ramon valley bible church has great Sunday sermons and fellowship plus Wednesday night women’s bible study and men’s prayer meeting and different age groups of Friday night youth groups and older single groups. There is something for everyone. Thank you Jesus for bring me here and my family ❤️ I have attended SRVBC since 1992 (28 yrs). Was married in this Church and raised two children in the truth of the Word. If it wasn't for teaching the truth straight from the Bible, and most importantly, Leadership living it out in their daily lives, I know that I would not have the transformed life that I have today. Living for Christ daily and having a true compassion for the well being of others, living a godly life, being an encourager, and a light to those struggling or needing to know the Savior... is what life is all about... You will find that here. The community at this church is like a family. It's a very welcoming environment and a place to connect with others for support and worship. I appreciate the music, the message and pastor Adel. It's so amazing to see how everyone supports and prays for one another. I was raised Catholic but I visit regularly to get my "dose" of family as well as a message with bible-based foundation. Our family attended this church for 29 years. Terrible lies were told about our family and insults about our children and our marriage. We were told we had the worst marriage in the church, ( we have been married for 44 years) we were told our children went to inferior schools (U.C Santa Cruz and the U.S Air Force Academy) and we were maligned to others behind our backs. When we left, people still at the church refused to speak to us or our sons. The church FALSELY accused us of suing the church and FALSELY accused us of attempting to fire the pastor's son from Oracle. None of these false statements have been retracted by SRVBC.
