What visitors say
Beautiful, even stunning, and cozy Spanish type architecture with a lovely courtyard. A restful & inviting atmosphere here... Excellent Readers, music, and soloist for services. The Wednesday hour-long Service's last half hour is for attendees (who would like) to give comments, gratitude, and testimonies of healing through spiritual understanding garnered from Christian Science. Reading Room attendants are kind & helpful and, in a down-to-earth way, will answer questions and get to know you & your spiritual interest. The Library is full of Christian Science history and testimonies of healing... books and publications from years back to today. A quiet "retreat" overall. The award-winning Christian Science Weekly Monitor (primarily secular) is available and can give you interesting perspectives on the news which often finds hopeful silver linings without being "religious". Everyone is welcome, no need to be a church member, attendants say. I sound like I work here! Nope, just a happy visitor from outside :). A beautiful, decades long established church structure. The church services are lovely and express grace and dignity. Lights are Alive in California on the Bridges helping Tanks. Rolling Stones Rr
