Our experience with First United Methodist Church Preschool has truly exceeded our expectations. The program offers wonderful enrichment opportunities that are thoughtfully integrated into the curriculum, making each day engaging and meaningful. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into designing a well-rounded experience for the children. Our daughter even asks to go on the weekends! The staff consistently go above and beyond, creating a warm, nurturing environment where children can thrive. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend this preschool. The environment feels warm, safe, and thoughtfully structured, and it’s clear how much effort goes into creating a positive experience for both kids and families. Our daughter looks forward to going every day, which says everything. We’ve seen meaningful development not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. We truly can’t recommend this school enough. We couldn’t be happier with First UMC preschool. It’s an incredibly nurturing, supportive environment with fantastic directors, teachers, and strong values. It also has the BEST hours—an 11-month schedule—and they serve delicious lunch and snacks each day. It’s an incredibly convenient setup for working families. The yard alone sets it apart—easily the best in Los Angeles (and I’ve looked at just about every preschool). The enrichment is also outstanding. The community is wonderful—engaged, down-to-earth families that we feel lucky to be a part of. Our child is genuinely happy there, and it shows every day. This is a phenomenal school environment for the little ones! We have been so impressed by the leadership of Dane and Johanna. The classrooms are interactive, organized, colorful and engaging for the kids. They are truly focused on cultivating a safe, loving and nurturing place to raise children into caring adults. Highly recommend this vibrant school community!
