We've only just started at Highpoint. We had been going to a church whose sermons were more like motivational speeches. Pastor Caleb preaches from the Bible and it's exactly what we were looking for. We were early to service and he came and introduced himself to our family, we appreciated that very much since we never met our last Pastor face to face after months of attending. It's important to us to have an accessible Pastor. We are looking forward to more services at Highpoint! We were invited by family members for a child dedication ceremony. Upon walking up you think it's a school or some type of theater. Once inside your greeted with warm inviting smiles as well as high vaulted ceiling. Lots of areas to engage people and communicate with others. Looks like they may have a coffee bar. Where you walk into the auditorium you feel like you're inside the newest theater, with surround sound and an enormous screen and sound. Kinda imagine being in Solomon's temple. The praise team does a good job of playing up to date worship songs. The senior pastor looks really young but when you hear his messages you can tell he's season and knows his Word. Unfortunately it's very far if you coming from up north but we did enjoy the atmosphere. I have been attending High Point Church for close to two years. Over the past year, the Lord has drawn me closer to Him, and I have begun to notice something important that I feel is missing in our church. Each Sunday I feel a heaviness in my spirit, and I believe the Lord is speaking to me about it. Pastor Caleb, I want to respectfully ask why the coming of Christ is not being addressed in sermons. Why do we speak as though there is still plenty of time, when the Lord’s return is near? I say this with respect, not as an attack. The Lord can use anyone He chooses to speak to His people. Please consider this seriously, as you shepherd many souls. If the truth is not preached clearly, souls could be lost. May God bless you and give you discernment to speak on this and lead many to salvation. Awesome church! I go when I visit Colorado. Very uplifting music and very gifted speakers that speak God's word truthfully and how it applies in your every day life! We chose this church specifically because of their AWESOME childcare + children’s ministry. Background checks, police officer at the entrance of the building, strict parent pick up protocols, amazing staff. My children are SAFE! Not to mention Pastor Caleb is so wonderful, I have a degree in Biblical Studies and still learn from all of his messages every single week. Spirit filled Assemblies of God church, with the kindest congregation I have ever been apart of. Thank you Highpoint for welcoming us home!
